This is a vinyasa flow yoga style class in which sequential movements interlink postures to form a continuous flow tied to the breath. This practice includes a standing series with a focus on strength, agility, balance and coordination, a seated series primarily focused on stretching, and finishes with a supine series focusing on relaxation. This is a faster-pace class and gives advanced options for those looking to dive a bit deeper into their practice and get out of their comfort zone. This practice is great for men and women who have some yoga experience, as well as athletes looking for a fantastic mindful full body workout. Recommendations: BYO yoga mat or rent a mat for $2
tricia_YOGAYOGASANA
As the name suggests, this hatha style class brings together yoga (to unite body and breath) and asana (physical postures) designed to be accessible to all fitness levels and ages. This practice consists of standing asanas focused on strength and balance, seated asanas designed to develop core strength and full body flexibility, and finishes with supine asanas for stress relief. Yogasana covers it all – strength, balance, flexibility, relaxation and personal concentration. Recommendations: BYO yoga mat or rent a mat for $2
BARRE FIT®
If your dream is to have a toned lean dancer’s body, well you have to train like one. You don’t need to be a ballerina to enjoy this class but if you are a retired dancer, you will be transported back in time to the days spent practicing pliés, relevés, tendus and battements! Barre Fit program includes a floor warm-up, ballet inspired barre exercises, body weight or toner band exercises and a stretch segment to complete this 50 minute full body workout. WARNING: Barre Fit will change your body appearance and improve your posture. GETnZEN
This is a yin inspired yoga class where all poses are practiced sitting, kneeling or laying down and are held for longer periods of time. Practicing this way puts healthy stress on the connective tissue at the joints which activates a natural reflex, resulting in more muscle length and improved flexibility. This style of class invites students to practice meditation, cultivating awareness of inner silence. GetnZen is suitable for all levels and is a perfect complement to our other programs. Class starts with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a 30min full-body and cardio barefoot HiiT interval workout using a weighted UGI ball (6, 8, 10 and 12lbs).  A short stretch completes each session. This workout offers many options and modifications. All fitness levels are welcome. Indoor cycling program. Gear up and rev up the rpm’s! Psycle is designed to give riders the sweaty lower body and cardio workout that is expected from an indoor cycling class while providing inspiration that can be taken off the saddle into everyday life. FUSION (Psycle + GETnFit)
NEW! Cardio and strength conditioning fusion class. 25 minutes of indoor cycling followed with 20 minutes of functional muscle conditioning intervals using the weighted UGI balls.
