Yoga program based on Hatha yoga designed to be accessible to all fitness levels and ages. The program consist of standing strengthening and balancing poses, seated stretching asanas and spine health poses. Supine stretch and stress relief postures complete the practice. If your dream is to have a toned lean dancer’s body, well you have to train like one. You don’t need to be a ballerina to enjoy this class but if you are a retired dancer, you will be transported back in time to the days spent practicing pliés, relevés, tendus and battements! Barre Fit program includes a floor warm-up, ballet inspired barre exercises, body weight or toner band exercises and a stretch segment to complete this 50 minute full body workout. WARNING: Barre Fit will change your body appearance and improve your posture. Bring water bottle, hand towel and a yoga mat or rent a mat for $2.
GETnZEN
Yin inspired yoga class where all poses are practiced sitting, kneeling or laying down and are held for 2-5 minutes. This style of yoga gives the students the opportunity to practice meditation; freeing the mind from thought throughout the class. GETnZen is suitable for all levels and is a perfect complement to our other programs. You may want to wear socks and warmer attire for this class. BYO yoga mat or rent a mat for $2.

Class starts with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a 30min full-body and cardio barefoot HiiT interval workout using a weighted UGI ball (6, 8, 10 and 12lbs).  A short stretch completes each session. This workout offers many options and modifications. All fitness levels are welcome. Bring water bottle, hand towel and a yoga mat or rent a mat for $2.
Psycle
Indoor cycling program. Gear up and rev up the rpm’s! Psycle is designed to give riders the sweaty lower body and cardio workout that is expected from an indoor cycling class while providing inspiration that can be taken off the saddle into everyday life. Each mindful ride will empower you to find strength, to break through boundaries, and to transform your body from the inside out. Better your day, better your life, get psyched!
