What should I bring?
Bring your own yoga mat (for ALL yoga and fitness classes), a hand towel(optional), a water bottle and most important your beautiful unique energy! All other equipment such as UGI balls, yoga blocks and bolsters are supplied by YOGAthletix. Must wear SPD clip cycling shoes or clean indoor running shoes for Psycle classes.
What should I wear?
Leggings, shorts, crop pants, T’s, tank tops, crop tops… any breathable apparel that allows you to move freely and comfortably. You may want to wear socks and warmer clothes for GETnZen classes.
Who is YOGAthletix for?
Certain yoga poses and exercises are not recommended for individuals with certain conditions such as cardiac illness, later stages of pregnancy, post-surgery. Always consult a physician before you participate in any new physical activity and/or yoga practice.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts to allow you enough time to sign-in, get changed and not feel rushed. We will not allow late arrivals, sorry! We ask that you keep the tone of your voice soft while in the reception area in respect to classes in progress. Please avoid wearing and/or using perfumes and scented hairspray when visiting our facility in respect to others with sensitivity to such products. We are a cell phone free zone, please silent phones upon entering the studio.
Storage for valuables?
Please leave valuable items at home. You can take your phone, wallet and keys in class with you. Please make sure your mobile is turned off. Space is limited, please leave large bags at home.
What if I book a class and cannot make it?
In effort to respect those who find themselves wait listed for full classes we are asking that if you signed up online but will not be attending the class to PLEASE cancel your reservation at least 3 hours ahead of class start time. This will ensure that wait list clients have enough time to be notified and can plan accordingly. PLEASE NOTE that class card holders and drop-ins will be charged for the class if they late cancel or don’t show for their reserved class. Members will lose their online reservation privilege if they late cancel or don’t show for their reserved class more than three times in a month.
